Roasted Potato Wedges

Home Recipes: Cooked Roasted Potato Wedges


  • 1 bag or 1 1/2 lbs medium potatoes
  • refined coconut oil
  • 1 TBS smoked paprika
  • 1 TBS nutritional yeast
  • 1-2 TBS garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°.
  2. Slice your potatoes into wedges by first slicing them in half, length-wise. Then slice into thirds.
  3. Put all wedges in a bowl with melted refined coconut oil and spices. Toss until well covered.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
    Test 2 or 3 of the largest ones to make sure they are cooked through. If they have nice, crispy, brown edges they are probably done.
