Slice your potatoes into wedges by first slicing them in half, length-wise. Then slice into thirds.
Put all wedges in a bowl with melted refined coconut oil and spices. Toss until well covered.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
Test 2 or 3 of the largest ones to make sure they are cooked through. If they have nice, crispy, brown edges they are probably done.
