- 1 bag or 1 1/2 lbs medium potatoes
- refined coconut oil
- 1 TBS smoked paprika
- 1 TBS nutritional yeast
- 1-2 TBS garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pre-heat oven to 425°.
- Slice your potatoes into wedges by first slicing them in half, length-wise. Then slice into thirds.
- Put all wedges in a bowl with melted refined coconut oil and spices. Toss until well covered.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
Test 2 or 3 of the largest ones to make sure they are cooked through. If they have nice, crispy, brown edges they are probably done.
