- 2 links Mexican Chipotle Field Roast Sausage and/or mix with Italian Field Roast Sausage for less spicy
(For gluten free version use walnut meat.)
- Daiya Farmhouse Block Cheddar Cheese – grated
- Romaine lettuce – chopped/shredded
- Diced tomatoes
- Raw Vegan Sour Cream OR Follow Your Heart Sour Cream
- 3-5 RIPE avocados
- 1/4 C Minced Cilatnro
- Juice from 1 lime
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 TBS Minced red onion
- Salt to taste
- Optional: kelp sprinkles
- Start pan on medium-high heat.
- Crumble in 2-3 links of Filed Roast Sausage either Chipotle or half Chipotle and half Italian. You may also just use Italian in which case add in 2 TBS Chili powder.
- Sauté for 3-5 mins.
- Turn off heat. Set aside.
- Mash avocados with fork in bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until well incorporated.
