Ingredients:
- 1 C cashews (soaked if no Vitamix)
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ C red bell pepper
- ½ C nutritional yeast
- 1/3 C water
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Add water a little at a time.
Remember, cashew sauces and any nut based sauces will always thicken in fridge.
