Raw Vegan Onion Bread (nut-free!)

Home Recipes: Raw Raw Vegan Onion Bread (nut-free!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 C pumpkin seed flour
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 TBS onion powder
  • 1/2 TBS garlic powder
  • 1/2 TBS rosemary
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 TBS sliced white onion
  • 1/4 C water (add a little at a time)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor until a dough like consistency is reached. Drizzle only enough water in to help “blend.’
  2. Spread on dehydrator telex sheet (or parchment paper) about 1/4″ thick and dehydrate for 3 hours then flip onto mesh screens and dehydrate over night.

This bread should be dry but still soft and chewy.
