Ingredients: 1 ½ C cashews 2 ½ TBS apple cider vinegar 2 TBS lemon juice ¼ C lime juice 1 + 2 TBS water ½ tsp salt Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Sour Cream will be runny when done. Remember, cashew sauces and any nut based sauces will always thicken in fridge.
