- 2 C walnuts
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 TBS chili powder
- 1 TBS cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp chipotle powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 yellow or orange bell pepper (chopped small)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- Pulse walnuts in food processor until chunky. Do not over process!
- Pulse in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
DON’T OVER PROCESS! If you do, you will end up with a Pâté. It will still taste delicious if that happens, so remember; there’s no mistakes in the kitchen!
